Other Resources:

LifeStepsLifeSteps™ is a set of five weekly workshops designed to encourage healing for those who have lost a loved one.

In this small group setting, we share practical tips and expert advice from local professionals in areas such as home and personal safety, legal matters, financial transition and health and wellness. Though not a group therapy session, participants find these workshops to be therapeutic and helpful on their journey to a “new normal.”

Classes are free, but seating is limited.
